Job Summary

To support the Digital Success & Expansion team, the remote Lifecycle Specialist will build and manage lifecycle campaigns, operationalize customer journeys, and monitor health signals to ensure the success and growth of unmanaged customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using engagement tools across various channels
  • Operationalize the unmanaged customer journey by translating maps into actionable programs
  • Monitor health signals and triggers to identify opportunities and flag issues for improvement
Required qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS roles such as Customer Success or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle or engagement tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work with segments, triggers, and event data effectively
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to summarize performance data clearly
  • Collaborative team player comfortable in a remote-first environment
