Job Summary
To support the Digital Success & Expansion team, the remote Lifecycle Specialist will build and manage lifecycle campaigns, operationalize customer journeys, and monitor health signals to ensure the success and growth of unmanaged customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using engagement tools across various channels
- Operationalize the unmanaged customer journey by translating maps into actionable programs
- Monitor health signals and triggers to identify opportunities and flag issues for improvement
Required qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS roles such as Customer Success or Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle or engagement tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to work with segments, triggers, and event data effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to summarize performance data clearly
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a remote-first environment
