Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions
  • Manage modifications to Employment Agreements and related documents for internal and external employees
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in HR roles such as HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner
  • Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
  • Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools
  • Experience in a remote setting or hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus
