Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions
- Manage modifications to Employment Agreements and related documents for internal and external employees
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR roles such as HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner
- Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools
- Experience in a remote setting or hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus
