LifePRO Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Insurance Technology team, the remote LifePRO Configuration Specialist will manage the configuration, development, testing, maintenance, and implementation of insurance products within the LifePRO administration platform in a long-term contractual capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LifePRO product setups, business rules, workflows, and policy administration functionality
• Design, build, test, and maintain individual and group insurance products within the LifePRO platform
• Collaborate with business users and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with the LifePRO insurance administration platform
• Experience configuring and supporting life insurance, annuity, or group insurance products
• Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing both individual and group product builds
• Strong understanding of insurance product structures and policy administration processes
• Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing
