Lifestyle and Tuition Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

An organization is seeking a Lifestyle and Tuition Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for Account and Tuition members, providing issue management and client support
• Identify training opportunities for participants and provide feedback on trends and opportunities to operational leadership
• Coordinate timely and effective member support, problem resolution, and pro-active follow-up

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in Customer Support or a similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as the ability to utilize technology
• Ability to identify and provide solutions for member needs
• Experience working in a remote environment
