Job Summary
To support individuals participating in clinical trials focused on cardiovascular health, the contracted Lifestyle Coach for Clinical Trials will conduct virtual coaching sessions, provide education on healthy habits, and help participants set and achieve lifestyle goals in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual lifestyle coaching visits with clinical trial participants
- Provide protocol-directed education and coaching related to healthy eating, physical activity, and behavioral change
- Help participants identify barriers and develop practical strategies to support healthier habits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, exercise science, nutrition, public health, or a related field preferred
- Experience in health coaching, wellness, weight management, or behavior-change programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients in a virtual setting
- Comfort learning and working within structured clinical trial protocols
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining connection with the clinical research team
