Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifestyle Health Coach to provide telephonic health education and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic health coaching based on health risk appraisals and participants' stages of change
• Assist participants with goal setting and progress through various health suggestions and resources
• Maintain health credentialing and participate in record keeping for continuity between sessions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of health and wellness experience required
• Nationally recognized certification must be achieved within 6 months of employment
• 1-5 years of health and wellness experience preferred
• Licensure in health-related fields (e.g., RD, RN, LPN) is acceptable
• Strong technology skills required
