Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 4-6 lifestyle accounts, the full-time salaried Lifestyle Marketing Associate Director will serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, focusing on performance narratives, growth opportunities, and ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly client calls and support project management-led discussions, owning the performance narrative
• Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, providing actionable insights to clients
• Coordinate cross-channel marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, content, and creative teams

Required Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in lifestyle or high-AOV marketing with a focus on client relationship management
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and multi-touch attribution limitations
• Familiarity with upper-funnel channels such as content, SEO, and programmatic advertising
• Experience managing clients through longer measurement cycles while maintaining confidence
• Ability to communicate complex performance stories clearly to non-technical clients
