Light Commercial Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Light Commercial Sales Channel Manager to drive HVAC sales and margin growth through distributors in the East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for distribution and channel management teams, developing professional relationships to meet customer needs
• Establish action plans and sales targets for territories, regularly reviewing progress with local sales management
• Collaborate with marketing and sales channels to identify opportunities and implement strategies for light commercial products

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• 5+ years of combined experience in sales, product management, engineering, and/or marketing
• Experience in 2 Step Distribution Process
• Light Commercial Sales Experience (e.g., Rooftop HVAC Units)
