Light Commercial Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Light Commercial Sales General Manager for the Southern US.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact with distribution and channel management teams, developing professional relationships to meet customer needs
• Establish action plans and sales targets for each territory, regularly reviewing progress with local sales management
• Identify and visit key customers to determine sales strategies for light commercial projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• 5+ years of combined experience in sales, product management, engineering, and/or marketing
