Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Light Industrial Recruiter, the full-time position will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial and manufacturing roles while sourcing and screening qualified candidates onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, and skilled labor positions
• Source and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards and social media
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding activities, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
• Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or production recruiting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using an ATS and other recruiting technologies preferred
