Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lighthouse Case Coordinator to manage case tracking and support within a digital prosthetic lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Lighthouse Queue and Tracker, ensuring all cases have the necessary data and documentation
• Prepare and print LabRx scripts, sorting them based on print material batching
• Provide customer service support through various channels, addressing inquiries regarding case locations and delivery estimates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Data entry experience is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
