Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lighthouse Case Coordinator to manage case tracking and support for a digital prosthetic lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Lighthouse Queue and Tracker, ensuring all cases are accurately recorded and tracked
• Prepare LabRx scripts for printing and manage the Lighthouse Billing Tracker for monthly billing accuracy
• Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries regarding case locations and delivery estimates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Data entry experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Organized and detail-oriented
