LIHTC Application Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LIHTC Application Manager (Affordable Housing Development).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with stakeholders involved in transactions
• Assist in transaction structuring, financial modeling, and securing financing
• Prepare application materials for low-income housing tax credits and support client consulting needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with low-income housing tax credits
• Experience with tax credit applications in Wisconsin and/or Illinois
• Understanding of real estate financials and operating performance
• Highly developed skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
• Commitment to exceptional client service and continuous learning
