LIHTC Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Joining the Development & Community Advisory team, the full-time LIHTC Financial Analyst will support transaction structuring, financial modeling, and assist in securing financing for real estate clients, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Support transaction structuring and financial modeling, integrating multiple tax credit programs and financing sources
• Assist in securing debt, equity, and other financing sources, including negotiations with funding partners
• Provide consulting support to clients on strategic, financial, and operational objectives related to affordable housing

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree
• 3 years of professional experience
• Experience with financial modeling and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) applications
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and continuous learning in the LIHTC industry
