LIHTC Loan Officer

Job Summary

Managing significant loan relationships, the full-time LIHTC Loan Officer will focus on credit management, relationship management, business development, and financial analysis in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite LIHTC loans for credit quality by reviewing financial statements and business plans
• Act as the liaison between clients and the bank, communicating goals and requests effectively
• Monitor the entire life of LIHTC construction developments, including analyzing the LIHTC portfolio and presenting results to loan committees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in LIHTC lending
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various organizational levels
• Excellent detail orientation, critical thinking, and analytical skills
