LIHTC Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time LIHTC Senior Analyst will support transaction structuring and financial modeling for affordable housing projects, assist in securing financing, and contribute to various real estate analyses, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Madison, WI, or Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities:

• Support transaction structuring and financial modeling, integrating multiple tax credit programs and financing sources
• Assist in securing debt, equity, and other financing for transactions while negotiating with funding partners
• Contribute to acquisition, preservation, and portfolio strategy assignments for real estate clients

Required qualifications:

• 4-year degree
• 3 years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling and/or LIHTC applications
• Experience with affordable housing funding sources, including LIHTC, HOME, and HUD programs
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
