LIHTC Underwriter Lead Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LIHTC Underwriter, Lead Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and manage the investment pipeline for multifamily LIHTC investments
• Assist with underwriting and closing proprietary and multi-investor fund investments
• Identify and assess risk profiles of LIHTC investments to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience underwriting LIHTC proprietary fund investments
• Experience in modeling and structuring LIHTC investments
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a robust investment pipeline
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with equity or debt portfolio management software/systems
