Job Summary
LIMS Administrator is a full-time position responsible for managing user accounts, troubleshooting system issues, and writing and optimizing Crystal Reports to enhance data efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Application Administration functions including user account management and troubleshooting issues
- Write and validate Crystal Reports queries and optimize report performance
- Develop and maintain various types of Crystal Reports and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Crystal Report Writing, preferably in a Laboratory or Public Health setting
- Experience with relational databases and helpdesk support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Minimum of 3 years of StarLIMS experience
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a current Public Trust clearance
