LIMS Business Analyst

Job Summary

LIMS Business Analyst, a remote contract position, will support quality systems and regulatory compliance efforts, manage the Certificate of Conformance process, and assist in transitioning documentation to electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance Engineers on quality systems and regulatory compliance
• Manage the Certificate of Conformance process for imported products to ensure U.S. regulatory adherence
• Assist in transitioning from paper-based to electronic COC documentation and automate data reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering or compliance systems in a regulated environment
• Proficiency with document management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platforms
• Experience with project management tools like SAFe Agile and JIRA
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of business/process analysis
• Ability to lead requirements discussions with stakeholders
