LIMS Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LIMS Technology Product Manager responsible for aligning software platform development with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Process Excellence to ensure platform design supports future-state business processes
• Lead project scoping, define deliverables, and manage product timelines and milestones
• Drive the development life cycle from concept through deployment and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Significant experience with LIMS platform development and/or deployment enhancements
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement or project management roles
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and clinical laboratory operations
