Linguistic AI Auditor

Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge AI project, the part-time freelance Linguistic AI Auditor will evaluate and audit chatbot conversations for quality based on specific dimensions, working remotely with a flexible schedule of approximately 10+ hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations focusing on Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality
• Follow project-specific guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations
• Utilize a proprietary client platform to complete auditing tasks

Required qualifications

• A degree in Translation/Linguistics or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist
• Availability to start immediately and commit to the entire 2-month project duration
• Ability to manage a workload of approximately 4 hours per business day
• Must be a freelancer and willing to take a project-specific qualification test
• Full proficiency in Vietnamese and English for evaluation tasks
