Job Summary

A company is looking for a LinkedIn Specialist to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and talent sourcing efforts within the healthcare and technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting within U.S.-based medical practices
  • Execute outbound LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified sales conversations
  • Lead and optimize recruitment sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Recruiter Lite for sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or selling to medical practices is strongly preferred
  • Background in outbound sales strategy, ICP targeting, social selling, and recruitment marketing
  • Prior experience working at LinkedIn or serving as a LinkedIn Subject Matter Expert (SME) is highly preferred
