Linux Administration Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Support Specialist I - Linux Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Radiology IT systems, including RIS, PACS, and VNA
• Collaborate with radiologists and IT staff to optimize workflows and resolve system issues
• Document troubleshooting activities and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, preferably in radiology systems support
• Strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows
• Experience with DICOM, HL7, IHE, and other healthcare interoperability standards
• Working knowledge of Linux architecture
