Job Summary
To support a Federal Program, the remote Linux Administrator will manage and maintain Linux systems across various cloud platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and security in a multi-cloud environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers in both physical and virtual environments
- Deploy, configure, and manage Linux-based infrastructure in AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python, and implement monitoring solutions for performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience or a Master's degree and two years of related experience
- Proven experience managing Linux environments in multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP)
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) and familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
