Job Summary
A contract research organization is in need of a Linux Administrator Network Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing administration and support of Windows and Linux information systems
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of on-premise datacenter and cloud computing environments
- Design, install, configure, maintain, and patch servers, switches, routers, firewalls, SANs, and IT infrastructure appliances
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS in Information System or related field
- 3 years of related work experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL
- Experience or certification with cloud-computing: AWS, Azure
- Windows and Linux system administration network and cloud architecture system design and integration
- Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
