Linux Agent Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Engineer (Linux Focused).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform agent core by writing production-quality Rust code for data processing and communication
• Design and implement core agent operations for endpoint agents across Linux, Windows, and macOS platforms
• Serve as the primary action point for engineering escalations, analyzing logs and diagnostics to resolve customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications

• Ability to develop high-quality production code in Rust
• Strong experience with Linux systems programming and Linux APIs
• Knowledge of Rust crates and concepts, including threading and async
• Experience debugging complex systems using tools such as gdb or lldb
• Experience with endpoint security concepts and threat detection is a plus
