Linux Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Shell Scripting / Ansible Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, including installation, configuration, and system hardening
• Design, develop, and maintain Shell scripts and Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration management
• Provide L2/L3 production support and act as a technical mentor to junior associates

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Linux administration (RHEL preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash/KSH)
• Practical experience with Ansible automation
• Solid understanding of Linux internals and system performance tuning
• Experience supporting production environments with SLA commitments
