Linux Infrastructure Lead
Job Summary
Overseeing enterprise Linux operations, the full-time Linux Infrastructure Technical Lead will manage system performance, develop infrastructure standards, and provide technical mentorship within a remote, government-focused technology environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and support of enterprise Linux environments
- Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, security controls, and operational procedures
- Drive automation efforts across Linux administration processes
Required qualifications:
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- 7+ years of Linux Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Advanced experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux, or similar distributions
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible
