Linux Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a Cloud and Technology company, the remote SRE Private Cloud (Linux) will architect, build, and maintain highly available private cloud infrastructure while focusing on automating operations and improving platform reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable private cloud infrastructure and orchestration platforms
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, reliability, and security while participating in on-call rotations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure design and support
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or Scala
- Hands-on experience with private cloud technologies including VMware and NetApp
- Strong expertise in Linux administration, preferably Ubuntu
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes
