Linux System Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence, the full-time Linux System Engineer will deploy, optimize, and configure Linux-based application environments while ensuring the reliability and performance of critical medical imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain systems, including software installations, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities
• Contribute to automation and infrastructure standardization by developing scripts and streamlining workflows
• Ensure system reliability and performance through process improvements and technology enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5-7+ years of system administration experience in Linux-based environments
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) certification or equivalent hands-on experience required
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and scripting in Shell, Python, or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking, and storage
