Linux Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Systems Analyst to provide service desk, application, and security management services for the Unified Jury Management System (UJMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for UJMS and perform remote troubleshooting
• Utilize ITSM tools to create, track, and update issues/requests
• Conduct application support and system administration for hardware, operating systems, databases, and software applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of IT work experience
• Experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 or higher
• Experience with Apache Tomcat and Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to acquire and maintain an AOUSC Public Trust clearance
