A company is looking for a Linux Technical Support Analyst to support critical systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve application and software issues with Linux servers and databases
• Communicate and escalate application-related problems to stakeholders
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on applications and servers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Hands-on Unix and Linux Command Line experience
• Ability to prioritize work
• Exhibit punctuality
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server) preferred
