Linux/Unix/Solaris System Administrator
Job Summary
To support complex infrastructure environments, the full-time remote Linux/Unix/Solaris System Administrator will analyze and resolve technical issues, design and integrate infrastructure solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, and private cloud environments to identify root causes and recommend feasible solutions
- Plan and integrate end-to-end infrastructure solutions, automating workflows to streamline delivery and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians to drive project delivery and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- In-depth expertise in High-Performance Computing, Solaris administration, automation scripting, and Red Hat Satellite
- Hands-on experience with Supermicro hardware and Linux/UNIX/Solaris Operating Systems
- Enterprise IT experience with a focus on scripting and automation
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Experience in designing and documenting technical architectures and procedures
