Linux/Unix Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Administering Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers, the full-time Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator will manage system maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure proactive monitoring while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administers Linux/Unix servers, including patching, configuration, and shell-level maintenance
• Diagnoses and resolves complex OS, service, and connectivity issues
• Performs daily monitoring of systems and initiates proactive remediation

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix troubleshooting and server administration
• Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
• May also hold Windows credentials if permitted
