Job Summary

Managing call center operations, the full-time LIS Coordinator will ensure seamless coordination across customer service, work order management, scheduling, and billing functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage account updates
  • Create and monitor work orders for preventive maintenance and incidental repairs
  • Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and handle billing inquiries and invoicing accuracy
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative coordination
  • Proficiency with work order management systems or similar platforms
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
