Job Summary
As a full-time remote LIS Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage call center operations, coordinate customer service and work order management, and oversee billing functions while ensuring effective communication across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Create and manage work orders, including preventive maintenance and incidental repairs
- Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and customers, and manage billing inquiries and invoicing accuracy
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative coordination
- Proficiency with work order management systems or similar platforms
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
