Job Summary

LIS Support Analyst is a full-time position responsible for supporting the Lab Information System (LIS) on the Meditech platform, including troubleshooting incidents, system maintenance, and building relationships with laboratory teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and document incidents and change requests, escalating as necessary
  • Perform system checks, dictionary maintenance, and regulatory compliance documentation
  • Build strong relationships with laboratory teams and provide on-call production system support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Two years of hospital lab experience or IT experience with an interest in Health IT
  • Proficiency with Meditech 5.6 and Expanse Lab modules
  • Understanding of clinical operations and relevant guidelines (JCAHO, HIPAA, CAP)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MLS Certification and clinical specialty licensing are also preferred
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance, if applicable
