Listing Development Specialist

Job Summary

Enthusiastic and strategic, the full-time hourly Listing Development Specialist will create, optimize, and maintain vacation rental listings across multiple online travel agencies and direct booking channels in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish new vacation rental listings across OTA and direct booking platforms
• Write engaging property descriptions and upload high-quality imagery and listing content
• Regularly audit listings for accuracy and coordinate listing launches for newly onboarded properties

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or e-commerce preferred
• Experience working with online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com preferred
• Familiarity with property management or reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to learn various software and technology platforms related to listing management
