Listing Development Specialist
Job Summary
Enthusiastic and strategic, the full-time hourly Listing Development Specialist will create, optimize, and maintain vacation rental listings across multiple online travel agencies and direct booking channels while working remotely and collaborating with various departments to maximize visibility and booking performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish new vacation rental listings across OTA and direct booking platforms
- Write engaging and accurate property descriptions while uploading and organizing listing content
- Regularly audit listings for accuracy and coordinate listing launches for newly onboarded properties
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, e-commerce, or content management preferred
- Experience working with online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com preferred
- Familiarity with property management or reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to learn various software and technology platforms related to listing management
