Job Summary
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Listing Marketing Specialist will create and execute professional marketing materials for real estate agents, working remotely from home while managing multiple listings and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials such as Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House pieces
- Create social media graphics and content for listing announcements and produce digital flyers for properties
- Post and schedule marketing content across platforms while maintaining organized records for each listing campaign
Required qualifications
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
- Access to a desktop computer, preferably with dual monitors and high-speed internet
