Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Listing Marketing Specialist will create and execute professional marketing materials for real estate agent partners, working remotely from home to ensure their listings remain visible and on-brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials for active real estate listings, including flyers and social media content
• Post and schedule marketing content across various platforms while maintaining organized records for each campaign
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of materials according to established standards

Required qualifications

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
• Access to a desktop computer, high-speed internet, and preferably two monitor screens
