Literacy Professional Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, PD design, Literacy + Digital PD (Part-time) (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute work plans as directed by the Professional Development team and manage work to meet deadlines
• Develop high-quality, relevant professional development session resources that lead to measurable improvements in instruction and student achievement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics for professional development sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience preferred, ideally in grades PreK-5
• Experience in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
