Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic content-level guidance for developing leadership-focused doctoral coursework
• Collaborate with Lead Course Subject Matter Experts and review course materials for accuracy
• Curate supplemental resources and potentially teach or co-teach the course during its initial offering

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree (doctoral preferred)
• Specialized expertise relevant to course content
• Experience applying research in leadership or systems contexts
• Strong written communication skills
