Literacy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Literacy Specialist to support the development of high-quality educator learning courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop literacy courses aligned to the Science of Reading
• Manage project timelines and maintain quality standards for course materials
• Conduct user feedback sessions and support integration with learning management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in education technology or instructional design
• 2+ years of knowledge in the Science of Reading or evidence-based literacy instruction
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably Canvas and Articulate products
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
