Job Summary

Handling attorney-represented claims with values up to $100,000, the fully remote Litigation Adjuster will investigate complex automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and mentor junior employees while focusing on soft tissue injuries and occasional complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex automobile accidents
• Determines coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims within authority limits
• Mentors and provides direction to junior employees in the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with attorney-represented claims
• Knowledge of insurance policies and industry practices
• Experience handling soft tissue injury claims
• Located in the Northeastern states, including Maryland and Michigan
• Ability to identify subrogation or fraud potential in complex cases
