Litigation Associate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on investigations, disputes, litigation, and insurance coverage considerations
• Develop and execute strategies for pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Manage relationships with outside litigation counsel and provide guidance to paralegals and other legal department staff

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Familiarity with health care law or related fields is a plus
• Meeting management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage outside counsel and handle complex legal projects
