A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to manage a portfolio of litigation matters and provide legal guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage litigation matters, including attending court hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice to clients and review the work of Paralegals and Case Management Assistants
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters

Required Qualifications and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in litigation and court proceedings
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff members
