Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO
Conduct proactive portfolio management and oversee commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities
Negotiate settlement agreements and maintain delinquency and loss mitigation reporting

Required Qualifications

Law degree, Finance degree, or Business Administration degree
Experience with real estate preferred
Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or loss mitigation preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
