Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Attorney to provide litigation support on a leave replacement basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and prepare litigation-related materials
• Review employment agreements and handle contract disputes
• Collaborate with the HR/People team on legal issues and engage outside counsel as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in litigation, including employment litigation
• Bar admission in any US jurisdiction
• Experience with research, writing, and preparing litigation papers
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
