Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with federal litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting discovery; and presenting oral arguments
• Engage in pre-litigation analysis, including evaluating intakes, conducting investigations, and drafting demand letters
• Collaborate with other departments, develop litigation strategies, and stay updated on legal and policy developments related to immigrant justice

Required Qualifications:

• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of federal court litigation experience
• Experience in immigration law strongly preferred
• Ability to advocate effectively and work collaboratively
• Fluency in written and oral Spanish preferred
